We have junior / medior / senior positions available for Configuration Engineer (Consultant) role. Imagine a position where a mathematical/logical mind is needed as well as the ability to communicate with the customer in a representative manner. You would be the core of the Pricefx team. Pricefx is one of the startups that we co-founded. It is a progressive SaaS software which is highly versatile and can be customized to fit company processes. We implement Pricefx at the largest companies worldwide which makes the job challenging as well as interesting at the same time.

You would be in charge of:

• Assist in designing, implementation, and configuration of Pricefx solution according to customer needs using Groovy language
• Assist in communicating, gathering, and formalizing customer requirements
• Cooperating with Pricefx support team and customers on resolving technical issues
• Supporting Solution Architects to develop and maintain user stories
• Configuring solution according to Solution Architecture and user stories
• Cooperating with the project team to resolve issues

We are looking for responsible candidates with passion for delivery, with good communication skills and willingness to learn. Junior positions are possible great start to professional IT in general.

Mandatory skills we badly need

• Experience with any programming language
• Willingness to learn groovy scripting language (don’t worry, you will learn it fast)
• Experience with any relational databases or at least good theoretical knowledge
• Fluent English, and/ or German, B2 in Czech language.

You will reach the stars quicker if you have

• Prior experience from projects for corporate customers
• Knowledge of pricing domain.

As incentive, you can count on monthly salary /reward of:
• 40.000 - 60.000 CZK for Junior, 60.000 – 100.000 CZK for Medior, 100.000 – 140.000 CZK for Senior positions

We have open positions available for medior and senior Project Management roles.

Your focus will be on managing customized Pricefx software implementations, leveraging pricing science to enhance clients' profitability. Our clientele consists of large multinational corporations across diverse industries such as automotive, building materials, chemistry, food, packaging, and e-commerce. If you enjoy overseeing multiple projects with teams of 3-6 members, possess strong communication skills in English and/or German, and have a proven track record of successfully delivering solutions that satisfy all stakeholders, we would be delighted to meet you. We are seeking responsible candidates with a passion for delivery, effective communication, and a willingness to learn.

The following skills are mandatory for this role:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Willingness to become an expert in the pricing field, Pricefx tools, industry-specific pricing challenges, and Pricefx project methodologies
• Fluent English and/or German (C1 level).

You will accelerate your journey and make a greater impact if you also possess:

• Previous experience in projects for corporate customers
• Knowledge of pricing domain

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects throughout all phases, following an agile project management approach and Pricefx project methodology, from sales to implementation, testing, handover, and support.
• Negotiating agreement conditions with customers and preparing essential documents such as proposals, quotes, service or maintenance agreements, and statements of work (SoW).
• Educating the customer about respective roles, responsibilities, project methodology, Pricefx products (specific modules), and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Github.
• Collaborating with the customer to determine the most suitable communication channels and the frequency of status and demo meetings.
• Engaging with the customer to define and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, plan features, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), cutover, and stabilization sprints.
• Documenting and monitoring delivery, budget, timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, changes, bugs, and other relevant project aspects.
• Conducting regular retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in the delivery process.
• Maintaining synchronization with other project managers and contributing to future strategy and people assignments.
